Can I Post My Items To Be Altered
Yes, of course!
Head over to the shop select the services you require and if you need us to ship them back. Once payment is all confirmed we can get the ball rolling. All we need is for you to let us know the alteration info.
Guess what we can even collect your items if you need . . . psst we do charge for collection.
I've Made A Mistake, I need My Clothing Altering Again.

How Long Do You Take?
Every alteration is different and it depends on how many you need doing. But having said that we have a factory full of staff to be on hand, most services are same day. Depending on the time of year worst case can be up to 4 days. Give us a call and we can confirm for you.
What’s the minimum order amount?
We dont have minimums on alterations or embroidery. If you need printing services we require a minimum of 20 pieces

I Need A Dress Altered/Making?
Our machinist have a mountain of skills and an abundance of knowledge, on something this detailed we would require you to have a consultation with us. Whether its over the phone or in the shop, that way we can both understand what’s required. Only then will we be able to give you an idea of pricing and time frame.
I Want Hats Embroidered, Can You Order The Stock?
Alter Inc Ltd is an application only service, we can either point you in the right direction to buy the stock or we have a sister company who can help you with this one. Just give us a call.
